Currently working as an Independent Contractor for an online company as Manager of Customer Support Technician Supervisors. Responsibilities include job posting, hiring, training, and overseeing supervisors, as well as hiring and training customer support technicians. I am also responsible for conducting weekly staff meetings for the supervisors, scheduling supervisors and customer support technicians for each time zone within the lower 48 states, and administrative responsibilities as necessary.
